Our approach
1. First contact
As soon as you have spotted an interesting house or apartment on our website, please contact us to schedule a visit.
2. Visiting to the property
During a visit of the house or the apartment, you will be shown around and given an honest and detailed explanation.
3. Written candidacy
Can you already see yourself living in the house or apartment you visited? Then be sure to confirm your candidacy by sending us an email.
4. Drawing up the rental agreement
As soon as your candidacy is accepted, a rental agreement will be drawn up and signed by both parties.
5. Pre-rental survey
We organise a thorough survey in which pictures are made to state the condition of the property. The same happens at the end of the rental period.
6. Finalising the rental
At this stage, the final arrangements are made with regard to the transfer of the utility meters and the keys.
