4. Scheduling of visits
On request we invite interested candidates for a guided tour of the property.
5. Assessment of the candidate
When a potential tenant is found, we take a close look at his or her financial situation.
6. Drawing up the rental agreement
The rental agreement is drawn up with the necessary expertise and efficiency. It is signed by both the owner and the tenant.
7. Pre-rental survey
We carry out a thorough survey of the property, taking pictures that state the condition of the property. The same is done at the end of the rental agreement.
8. Finalising the rental
Once the whole process has been completed, the keys are handed over to the tenant.
